Northern Quarry Products Ltd (NQP) was established in 2020 as a 50/50 joint
venture between Leiths and Breedon.
The Combined Solution
NQP was created to support major project opportunities in Scotland where the scale, geography, or programme benefits from our combined capabilities.
Our partnership began with the Aberdeen Harbour Expansion Project, where our
collective resources and talent enabled us to meet the challenging technical and
supply requirements of the contract. This collaboration successfully delivered
135,000m³ of concrete to create Scotland’s largest berthage port.

Delivering on Scotland’s A9 Dualling Programme
More recently, NQP is actively delivering on the Tomatin to Moy section of the A9 Dualling Programme, providing both supply and contracting services. This is one of Scotland’s largest transport infrastructure programmes, upgrading over 80 miles of single carriageway.
