Health and Safety is a critical function of any business in our industry, and one that Leiths takes extremely seriously. This emphasis on Health and Safety is a culture, and one that needs to be nurtured throughout the entirety of the business.
For us this starts with our Founder and Chairman Ian Leith, who recently reminded all staff ’if you are in doubt, stop’ in our company magazine. It then filters through all levels of management and operation, each playing a crucial role in our ambitions for Health and Safety at Leiths.

Everyone who works for Leiths has a right to work in a safe and healthy environment, and with that comes a responsibility that we all must contribute to. We ensure that our employees are trained, confident, and capable to safely undertake the tasks required of them.
