For us, Health and Safety is not just a requirement of the industry — it’s a responsibility we take seriously at every level of the business. It’s a culture that must be lived every day, shaped by leadership and strengthened through the actions of our people.
That culture starts at the top. Our Founder and Chairman, Ian Leith, recently reminded every member of the team: “If you are in doubt, stop.” It’s a simple principle that guides how we work — carried through our management, our operations, and every individual who plays a part in delivering the highest Health and Safety standards at Leiths.
