What are cookies?

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to work and to keep it secure. They cannot be switched off, and because they are strictly necessary we do not need your consent to use them.

• CraftSessionId – keeps track of your session as you move between pages. Deleted when you close your browser.
• CRAFT_CSRF_TOKEN – protects our forms from cross-site request forgery attacks. Deleted when you close your browser.
• Cloudflare Turnstile – when you use one of our forms, Cloudflare's Turnstile service checks that the form is being completed by a person rather than an automated program. Cloudflare may set cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance for this purpose, which typically last between 30 minutes and 1 year.

Third-party cookies

Some pages include content from other services. These services may set their own cookies when you view that content, which are controlled by the third party rather than by us:

• Google Maps – used to display our locations on a map. See Google's cookie policy.
• YouTube – used to play some of the videos on our website. See Google's cookie policy.
• Vimeo – used to play some of the videos on our website. See Vimeo's cookie policy.

When you sign up to our newsletter, your details are submitted directly to Mailchimp, which may set its own cookies on its sign-up confirmation page. See Intuit's privacy statement.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies on this website. If we introduce them in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

Managing cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking cookies or deleting cookies that have already been set. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of this website, such as our forms, may not work.
