Ian Leith, our Chairman, brings many years of industry experience. A true pioneer, Ian has built Leiths into one of Scotland’s leading quarrying and construction companies, driven by vision, determination, and a commitment to quality.

Sam Leith is the Company Secretary of Leiths Group. Sam plays a key role in supporting board operations, financial management, and maintaining the corporate structure. Her contribution to governance, compliance, and strategic oversight cannot be underestimated as Leiths continues to grow.

Grant Milne, our CEO, is a dynamic and hardworking leader who brings energy, focus, and experience to the role. He’s deeply committed to safety, quality, and driving continued growth across the Leiths Group.

James Bell is Financial Director at the Leiths Group, responsible for financial strategy, reporting and governance. He oversees budgeting, risk management and commercial performance, supporting informed decision-making and the group’s continued growth.

David Steel is Group Contracting Director at the Leiths Group, leading Civil Engineering and Surfacing. He is responsible for operational performance, project delivery and strategic growth across the contracting division.

Stephen Dryden is Quarry Director at the Leiths Group, overseeing quarry operations across the business and driving performance in production, safety and quality, while supporting efficient and reliable material delivery.
